Mini “You Tiao" with Malai (မီနီအီကြာကွေး - မလိုင်)

If we are to name one dessert or pastry that binds East Asia (China) and Southeast Asia together, that would be “You Tiao”. Known as “E Kya Kway” in Myanmar, this dessert has been well integrated into the local culinary scene, for many decades or even centuries.
