"Burma's Missing Nga Mauk" Special Cold Brew Coffee #6

This coffee is created in memory of "Nga Mauk", the name of the enormous royal ruby of the last dynasty of the country "Konbaung". When Burma was conquered by the British in 1885, the Burmese monarchs were sent to India in exile, Ruby "Nga Mauk" went missing. This ruby is believed to have been discovered in Mogok town and kept as royal treasures by the royal family for many generations. This cold brew uses the award winning Ruby Hills beans from Mogok town, mixed with ruby-like pomegranate.
